HR professionals from CSDGKC member districts meet regularly to share successful HR practices and discuss issues facing districts across our region.

The Education Policy Leadership Program is a year-long leadership experience offered through a partnership between CSDGKC and AdvocacyBuild, LLC. Designed for education leaders seeking a deeper understanding of state and national policy, the program includes:
Six full-day, in-person seminars in Kansas City
One overnight legislative summit in Jefferson City
One national legislative summit in Washington, D.C.
Seven additional Zoom meetings (no more than 90 minutes each)
Participants must attend all required sessions. Tuition and travel-related costs are the responsibility of the Fellow and/or their employer.
Fee: $3,000 (plus travel for state and national summits)
