  • The CSDGKC Foundation Inc. was established under federal 501(c)(3) provisions and serves as an umbrella organization to receive grants and provide a legal structure for school districts located in Kansas to have access to member services and cost savings. The Foundation then contracts with CSDGKC Inc. (a Missouri Educational Service Agency) to provide services. In addition to Kansas school districts, the Foundation includes non-public schools and others as determined by the Foundation board.

In order to provide consistency and continuity, the board of directors for the CSDGKC Foundation is the same as the CSDGKC board.
