Cooperative Purchasing Agreements
CSDGKC works to provide high-quality, cost-effective resources to support member districts through cooperative purchasing agreements.

ConvergeOne Contract: CSDGKC bid pricing for technology equipment, maintenance and services, awarded to ConvergeOne, effective July 1, 2018.
The use of this contract is for school districts, universities and all public-sector organizations.
NOTIFICATION OF CONTRACT DOC -
CSDGKC membership includes participation in a statewide purchasing program administered by EducationPlus in St. Louis, with the same savings and administrative services as EducationPlus member districts.

Products and services available through EducationPlus have been through a competitive bidding process, saving local school districts time and money and ensuring that purchases comply with state statutes and local policies.
EducationPlus is a member of the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA), an organization of 29 education service agencies across the United States, representing the entire country. When AEPA publishes a bid, vendors notice and provide very competitive pricing!
CSDGKC members may try out the EducationPlus Marketplace by visiting the online marketplace to register for an account and begin shopping! Not all products are available through online shopping. For example, things like roofing, copier contracts, vehicles, commercial mowing equipment, E-rate consulting services are only available by contacting the vendor and asking for EducationPlus/AEPA pricing.

MOCAAT, or Missouri Capital Asset Advantage Treasury, provides members with financial management services, including:

CSD partnered with three other associations — Education Plus, Missouri Association of Rural Education and Greater Ozarks Cooperating School Districts — to form MOCAAT in 2020. A board of directors oversees the operations and performance of MOCAAT and has engaged with PTMA Financial Solutions and PMA Securities, LLC to provide a complete investment program for Missouri school districts.
