The power of partnerships: Helping keep CSDGKC districts’ membership dues the same since 2007
Affiliate and associate partners of CSDGKC have the opportunity to increase their visibility and build awareness among the organization’s 36 member districts, their superintendents, administrators and board members. In turn, CSDGKC uses the revenue from these partnerships to maintain lower membership costs for its members.
Associate partners include higher-education institutions and educational organizations while affiliate partners are businesses and vendors. All partnering businesses and organizations are able to make connections with member districts while supporting the Cooperating School District’s mission. Although CSDGKC cannot endorse them, the partners are featured on the website and annual report, and receive an invitation to the CSDGKC Annual Meeting held in June.
New affiliate partners joining CSDGKC in 2025-26 were CESO, VanTrust, Veregy, Gallagher and Incite Design.
“We are grateful for our partners and their support for public education,” said Dr. Kenny Southwick, CSDGKC executive director. “Thanks to their financial support, we’ve been able to keep our membership dues at just $2 per student since 2007.”
